I can work with you to create a website or enhance your current website. On sale day, I am available to chant the auction, work the ring, clerk, or cashier - either paper or on the computer. Have you considered using Proxibid®? I will assist marketing your auction to the world, from cataloging lots, to actually running the Proxibid® software, as a Proxibid Agent. The pace of your auction is not affected using Proxibid®.

Sound Equipment...

Adding an extra ring to your sale is very simple. I have the Anchor MegaVox, Anchor MiniVox, and the SoundProjection Freedom sound system. These systems provide superior sound quality and clarity. Bidders that can't hear you, and can't understand you, won't bid. These systems are available for rent if your just looking to use a speaker for the day.

I am an experienced benefit and fund-raising auctioneer and can help you get the most out of your event. Are you a realtor looking to sell real estate property by auction? The auction method is the surest way of determining market value of property. Another service I provide involves preparing your sale bill for the internet. I can expand your printed sale bill into a fully customized webpage that you load directly onto your website. The expanded sale bill is visually appealing to readers and allows them to quickly scan the list of items. Here is an example of how I could add picture links to specific items so your customers could see exactly what that particular item looks like. Auctioneering is my full time hobby, however I also have a full time job, therefore, if you are looking for someone to book your sale, I will be more than happy to give you references, but am not able to offer full auction services beyond fundraising/charity events.

History..

I first became involed in the auction industry in 1987 after my uncle, Tom Mann, graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering(WWCA). He brought me his study tape, and I practiced "the big brown bug bit the big brown bear" forever. My first chance at bid calling was in 6th grade in front of my class selling toys. The students were using computer punch cards they had earned throughout the school year as money. Occasionally I would give my uncle a break during his auction and he would let me sell a bit. Then during high school as a fund raiser for homecoming, I would auction off football jerseys. Actually what I was selling was the right to wear the jersey for the week. After that, I went off to college, received a degree in computer programming, and was hired full time by MCI Telecommunications.

It wasn't until the spring of 2006, after attending several auctions, I decided to practice my chant again, and get back into the auction business. Since then, several area auctioneers have given me the wonderful opportunity to work with them at their sales, both on the block, and in the ring.
